Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have no stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or sale items
- Limited-edition items marked as Final Sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.wittywearco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
